Botte de randonnée Alter Ego™

In the fall of 2021, I walked into a local store and found myself in a seasonal No-Tax sale. I was looking for riding boots, and after trying on several boots and brands, I slipped into a pair of Joe Rocket Alter Egos boots. Yup, these were the ones and I already had a Joe Rocket jacket so it made sense. In Aug of 2024 after a ride, I noticed a hole in the side of my right boot, when I looked closer it looked like it had cracked. I filled out an On-Line inquiry on the Joe Rocket website and asked what my options were, (knowing I was well past the one-year warranty). After a few emails and questions, a brand-new pair of boots was shipped. Unfortunately, the sizing on my original pair did not match the current boot size. We rechecked my sizes and a bigger size was sent. I am very happy with the service and how they stood behind their product. Following this exchange, my wife and I purchased matching Alter Ego Jackets and gloves, (to match my boots ... personalities LOL).
