CanadaOverall experience was good. Communication, information provided, shipping, tracking all good. Only issue being is that the pads do not fully fill the pockets in jacket as these pads are shorter than the originals. Would have been better if it wasnt necessary to modify pockets to hold pads in place. Haven't done that yet so will see how much of a hastle it will be. Material looks to be better than original so hopefully it last longer than original pieces as both elbow and shoulder pads broke apart.
CanadaWell - should have been a basic sale - shipping and delivery BUT delivery went wrong. Package was tracked. And delivered 300 km away. Worked with good Joe Rocket rep and he kept on this till my order got to me. So - service and customer care really only shows itself when there is an extra test. This was a test. Joe Rocket’s Jason fixed it. Am very impressed. And - product is great (always).
