Ballistic™ Adventure Boot

Love my Ballistic adventure boots. Had an issue with a buckle. Customer service very quickly resolved issue. Company stood behind product and exceeded any expectations I had.

The buckle system works great. I was able to dial the boots in so they fit comfortably snug. To be honest, the weather turned before I got to ride with them, so I've only worn them around the house up until now. There wasn't really much of a break-in needed. I can walk in them almost as well as with shorter boots. They seem quite sturdy with stiffness and protection where it's needed. Hopefully, I'll never REALLY have to test how well they protect my legs but I'm pretty confident they'll do the job.

I bought a pair of the Ballistic Adventure boots from a dealer. When I got home I realized one strap on one boot was mismatched - much longer than the one on the other boot which affected it's ability to close properly. The dealer was over an hours drive away. I decided to contact Joe Rocket directly rather than drive back down the freeway again. The person I was in touch with promptly mailed me four new straps free of charge. Since receiving the straps, I've worn the boots multiple time with no complaints.

These are, in my opinion, the best adventure boots on the market. All day comfort with added protection and waterproofing. I’ve spent a weekend in these and I never had any issues with them, even in a two hour downpour. I was hoping to pickup another pair, but in brown, not surprised they’re sold out.

Love these boots - a little taller than I'm used to - easy in/out and really adjustable -

They do need to be worn in around the house - super stiff soles make it hard to walk normally at first - so you definitely want to wear them in for a few days before riding with them.

I haven't tested the water resistance yet - but given Joe Rocket's quality (my last Joe Rocket Kit - boots, jacket and pants, lasted 20 years), I have no worries - looking forward to wearing these out too!
